ARCHE Consulting is a sustainability consultancy with offices in Ghent and Leuven. The company supports manufacturers and importers of chemicals, biocides, cosmetics and agricultural inputs with regulatory compliance, safety advisory, product screening and R&D services. Ecomatters, based in Utrecht (the Netherlands), has been part of the participation since early 2025 and adds expertise in circular economy and sustainability assessments.

DKM is an independent specialist in customs formalities, headquartered in (the port of) Antwerp. Years of expertise, a solid team of 60 experts and a progressive focus on digitalization make DKM unique in the sector. 

Geniki is an IT services provider active in Belgium and the Netherlands and consists of five specialized IT entities: Dilaco, Codevid, OnniTI, Key IT and Amon. The group’s offering is built around IT talent, software development, cybersecurity and IT and business support. The different entities address both temporary and long-term IT needs and support organizations in the development, security and day-to-day operation of their IT environments. Tilleghem supports Geniki in the further development and professionalization of the group.

NO2CO2 is a platform active in sustainable energy solutions and consists of Geotherma, Jordaan Energy Systems and Toptechnics, with offices in Hoegaarden and Heusden-Zolder. Geotherma operates as a distributor of heat pumps and thermal solutions, while Jordaan Energy Systems focuses on the installation of heat pump and HVAC concepts. Toptechnics has been part of the group since 2025, adding expertise in underfloor and ceiling heating as well as related climate control technologies. The group forms a one-stop shop for installers, offering solutions for heat generation, installation and heat distribution within a single platform.

Fronnt is a group of installation companies (electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, automation, etc.) with the ambition of facilitating the energy transition of SMEs. The group currently consists of 10 partner companies: Lenarts, LVR Electronics, ABN Klimatisatie, Climawest, Sanitel, Electro Verbeke, Van Vooren, Setec, TAC and Evercold. Fronnt is a collaboration between GIMV and Tilleghem.

Liftinc maintains, repairs and installs lifts in Belgium. With a team of just under 40 people, they manage an inventory of more than 2,700 lifts. In 2011, they set up a branch in Luxembourg.

Happiness is a digital marketing and consulting group. The company has a team of over 120 professionals based in Brussels and Vietnam. Happiness has built long-term partnerships with companies including Quick, SPA, VOO, 2de hands, Nespresso, Carlsberg, etc.

EMI (www.emi.ro) is the Romanian market leader in the field of industrial access systems and is specialised in consultancy, design, production, installation and maintenance of access solutions for the industry, shopping centres and logistics centres. EMI has an in-house manufacturing facility in Cateasca, near Pitesti, where, equipped with high-quality and modern machinery, it produces tailor-made solutions for its customers. In 2020, Tilleghem, together with Morphosis Capital (www.morphosiscapital.com), invested in EMI to support the group in its international expansion. Decran (www.decran.be) and Access Systems (www.acccess-systems.be) are now also part of the group.

Six engineering and consulting firms, Feys, RaCo, Concreet, Stabico, Keurdesk and Bureau De Fonseca, have joined forces to form a distinct group offering all relevant services in the sector. Principals, contractors and designers can rely on the STUDIBO group for stability studies, technical installation studies, acoustics, safety coordination, EPB-EPC, ventilation reporting & airtightness testing, surveying, inspections, BREEAM and environment-related studies.

Mond is a group of dental practices with a strong focus on innovation, quality and service. The group has practices in Antwerp (2), Ghent, Aalst, Aalter, Denderleeuw, Mechelen and Itegem, and offers various dental specialisations under one roof. The group plans to open new branches in the future.

LivWise offers a broad range of kitchen and home accessories with practical design. The company is the exclusive distributor of a number of international brands and also designs and distributes its in-house brands Point-Virgule, Dotz and Rixx. Their products are sold offline and online in the Benelux, France, southern Europe and Scandinavia. At the end of 2019, LivWise acquired the Belgian barbecue brand Barbecook.

Remotec is a total partner in the design, manufacture and installation of products that optimise the overview, visibility, safety and security on commercial premises. The company's offering includes signage, road markings, branding, ram-raiding protection, demarcation, illuminated signs, advertising signs, infrastructure works, loading solutions, wayfinding and digital LED screens. Thanks to its in-house production and installation team, customers are carefully guided from A to Z. The company is based in Ghent and employs over 100 people.

Het Eiland is active in Belgium and the Netherlands and focuses on the design and realization of work and living environments. The group consists of Buro Project, Buro Modern, PGA Totaalinrichters and Kree Interieur and operates from offices in Knokke, Aalst, Waregem, Antwerp and Utrecht (the Netherlands). The companies are active in office and total fit-outs as well as bespoke interior solutions, supporting projects from design through to execution.
